Woods named LSC North Player of the Week
December 8, 2003RICHARDSON, Texas - Cameron University women's basketball player Kimberle Woods has been selected as this week's Lone Star Conference North Division Player of the Week, according to a release by conference officials. Woods earned the award following her effort in Cameron's 62-57 victory over Texas A&M-Commerce on Saturday.
A 5-9 senior forward from Dallas, Texas, Woods scored 18 points and grabbed a game-high 14 rebounds in leading the Lady Aggies to a come-from-behind victory over the Lions. She hit two free throws with eight seconds left to seal the Lady Aggies
