First-round action in the LSC tournament is set for Tuesday, with the top two seeds from each of the conference's two divisions (North and South) hosting first-round games.
Thursday's win improved the Lady Aggies to 14-12 overall and 7-4 in the LSC North. UCO, which notched its first conference victory of the season last weekend, slipped to 7-19 and 1-10.
Cameron raced to the early lead on Saturday, limiting the Bronchos to just 19 first-half points. UCO shot just 25.9 percent from the field in the opening period and had 10 turnovers before intermission. The Bronchos picked up the pace in the second half, hitting 15-of-34 (44.1%) from the field, but couldn't overcome a 15-5 scoring deficit at the free throw line.
