Jeter played men’s golf for the Aggies from 1995-1999. Originally from Lawton, Okla., Jeter was an All-American in 1996, 1998 and 1999. He was also named to the Academic All-America team in 1998 and 1999. In 1997 he dislocated his shoulder, holding him out of the season.

In 1996 he was named to the Division II National All-Freshman team and was runner-up for the Freshman of the Year award. Throughout his collegiate career Jeter received several Lone Star Conference awards for his achievements both on and off of the golf course.
