Lawton, Okla. – The 4^th annual Lone Star Conference Athletic Performance All Conference Team was announced July, 18.  Cameron's Robyn Bales and Weston Max lead the 13 nominees to grab the top honor of Athletic Performance Athlete of the Year.

The All-Conference Team recognizes student athletes who have excellent work ethic, communication, leadership, and growth.

Bales, a senior on the women's softball team during the 2023 season, was instrumental in setting the work ethic and mentality of the softball team.
Strength and Conditioning Coach Ryan Flood witnessed Bales's dedication every time she entered the weight room.

"Robyn led by example from the very beginning." Flood said.  "She motivated players around her."

Max, a senior on the men's baseball team, set an example in the clubhouse with his determination and attitude.

"Weston's schedule had him in the weight room early in the morning." Flood said.   "Every day he would come in with an enormous smile, ready to go."

The cultures that Bales and Weston helped to foster will continue to impact Cameron Athletics for years to come.
