NIL TEAM CONTRACT CONFLICTS

Cameron University ("CU") student-athletes shall not enter into a contract that provides compensation to the student-athlete for the use of his or her name, image, and likeness if compliance with a third-party contract would conflict with a team contract or a provision of the contract is in conflict with a provision of CU's team contract.
"Team Contract" is defined as a contract between a postsecondary institution or a postsecondary institution's athletics department and a sponsor or a third party authorized to enter into a sponsorship agreement or agreements on behalf of a postsecondary institution.
The contractual conflicts include, but are not limited to:
- Cameron University and/or CU Athletics Department
- Coca Cola - to include Powerade
- Marriott
- Hilton Garden Inn
- Papa Johns
- Whataburger
- Academy
- Canes
- CSL Plasma
- Arvest Bank
- Liberty Bank
- BancFirst
- Firo
- Subway
- Jersey Mikes
