WEATHERFORD, Okla. – Freshman
Jonathan Patino started his second consecutive game and led the Aggies in scoring with 14 points but it wasn’t enough as the Cameron Aggies (12-9, 2-4 LSC North) fell on the road the Lone Star Conference North rival Southwestern Oklahoma (12-10, 3-3 LSC North), 79-66, Thursday night in Weatherford.
Two other Aggies also went into double figures as Thomas Razor posted 12 and Vinicius Telo tallied ten.
The Aggies shot 37.7 percent (23 of 61) from the field and 22.2 percent (4 of 18) from the behind the arc. The Bulldogs connected at a 51.1 percent clip (24 of 47) and 50 percent (5 of 10) from three point range.
Ross More led the Bulldogs with 16 points and six rebounds. Moore was one of five Bulldogs to post double figures including Chancellor Jones who added 14 points and pulled down a game high 10 rebounds.
The Aggies return home this Saturday to host the Bulldogs again in their final regular season matchup of the season. Tip off is scheduled for 4 p.m. in Aggie Gym and the game is presented by the Comanche County Tag Agency.
