First Tip:
For the second year in row Cameron will be making an early trip to Kingsville, Texas to play a pair of non-conference games. The Aggies have played both Texas A&M International and UT-Permian Basin once in program history. The last meeting with UTPB was at the Aggie Gym earlier this month (CU loss 79-76) and it was 2010 when CU last played TAMIU (CU win 62-51).

Both games for Cameron are in-region match ups that count toward NCAA Regional Rankings later in the season.

The Aggies last played on Nov. 13 at Northwestern Oklahoma, winning 84-64. Five Cameron players scored in double-figures for the first time in nearly a year in the win.

About Texas A&M International: This will be the sixth game of the season for TAMIU, who are a perfect 2-0 at home and 0-3 away from Laredo.

Texas A&M International can spread their offense around with four players averaging 10 points a game. However on the rebounding side, the Dustdevils are averaging 34.8 boards per game; despite the low number they are a +2.2 in the rebounding margin.

Within the Heartland Conference, the Dustdevils were selected fourth with a first place vote. Last season, they went 15-12 overall and 8-6 within the Heartland. The Dustdevils also qualified for the Heartland Conference tournament but they would fall to UA-Fort Smith 63-60.

About UT-Permian Basin: Since meeting with UT-Permian Basin in their second game of the season, the Falcons won a pair of games last weekend at home beating Hillsdale Free Will and Arlington Baptist at Texas A&M International.

Dwayne Soders is a player to watch out for after picking up his fourth double-double in as many games this season, setting season-highs in both points and rebounds with 27 and 24 against Arlington Baptist. Soders is averaging 22.8 points and 15.3 rebounds per game this season.

Their lone loss this season as came against Texas A&M Commerce in UTPB's season opener at Cameron. UTPB will be playing invite host, Texas A&M Kingsville in game two on Friday at 7 pm before facing the Aggies.

Coming Up: Cameron will not be playing a weekday game in-front of the Thanksgiving holiday. Instead, they will make their first of two trips to Springfield, MO on Nov. 29-30 to play Truman and defending NCAA Division II National Champions, Drury.
