Around the LSC:
There are four Lone Star Conference matches on Friday night and five on Saturday including CU's matches. On Friday night, Angelo State will be visiting Texas Woman's, Tarleton State travels to Texas A&M-Commerce, and Eastern New Mexico is at Midwestern State. Saturday will feature West Texas A&M at Midwestern State, Texas A&M-Commerce hosting Angelo State, and Tarleton State at Texas Woman's; Texas A&M-Kingsville will play St. Edward's in a non-conference match on Saturday.

Looking back:
The Aggies got a solid non-conference win against East Central Oklahoma on Tuesday, beating the Tigers 3-0. Rebecca Green led Cameron with 12 kills and had a .360 attack percentage. Both Kendra Adams and Kat Evans added 10 kills of their own, and combined for only six errors for the match. Ingrid Boatman led CU with 24 assists, while Kayla Hebert chipped in 16 assists and 14 digs for her 11th double-double of the season. Additionally, Lindsey McCauley led the team with 18 of the team's 65 digs. The sweep of the Tigers gave Cameron their fourth win in a row, three of those being straight set victories.

Looking forward:
The matches against West Texas A&M and Eastern New Mexico will be the Aggies eighth and ninth LSC battles. On Sept. 23, the Lady Buffs swept CU 25-18, 25-12, and 25-22, out hitting them .288 to .078 and winning the battle at the net six total blocks to zero. Since then, WT has gone a perfect 7-0 and own the top spot in the LSC Standings. The Zias and the Aggies are evenly matched, with both teams holding a slight advantage over the other in certain categories. ENMU is hitting .002 points better the CU, and have almost one more block per set than the Aggies.  However, Cameron holds the edge in kills, assists, and digs per set.

Sharing the ball:
Rebecca Green, Kat Evans, and Kendra Adams are all in the top-25 in kills in the LSC. Green is tenth in the conference with a .292 attack percentage and Evans is eighth with 2.85 kills per set.  Cameron has two setters who have racked up multiple double-digit assist games this season in Ingrid Boatman and Kayla Hebert. Boatman is eighth in the LSC with 6.57 assists per set and has had over 10 assists in all but one of the team's matches this season. Hebert leads the team with 11 double-doubles, and has recorded over 10 assists in all 46 of her matches at Cameron. Her double-double against ECU was the 25th of her two year career.

On the horizon:
The Aggies will hit the road with three LSC matches against Angelo State on Oct. 17 and Tarleton State on Oct. 18.
