Texas A&M-Kingsville (7-16; 2-9 LSC): Feb. 18 at 7:30 p.m. | Live Video | Live Stats | Game Notes

First Tip: Cameron couldn't keep a run going long enough to out-pace West Texas A&M on Saturday in the Aggie Gym falling 88-73.  The Aggies would lead for just one minute and never held more than a one point advantage on the Buffs.  Despite the troubles for CU, they managed to rally back from a 14 point hole and climb within four with six minutes left in the contest.  Cold shooting by the Aggies in the final minutes and a pair of WT three-pointers would extend the lead by to double-digits.   Desmond Henry led the Aggies with 22 points and it was the second game in a row that he scored 20 or more.

Last time out against Texas A&M-Kingsville the Aggies won in Lawton 78-71 to take a two game lead in the overall series 17-15.  However, the series is home-team friendly with Cameron 14-4 on the floor of the Aggie Gym; at Kingsville, CU has won once at since the 2004-05 season.

About Texas A&M-Kingsville:  The Javelinas have dropped their last three in a row with their last game coming at home against Tarleton State with the Texans sneaking by for a 75-70 win.  Of their seven wins this season, four have been a home.  As a team, they are getting out-scored by two a game with about 72 points per contest, in the rebounding battle TAMUK is -1.5 compared to their opponents and have averaged 33 a game.  Texas A&M-Kingsville is second to last in field goal percentage in the LSC with 42.1 percent made shots a game, and second to last in three point percentage (33.9).  At the charity stripe they do lead the league with 71.6 percent made shots.  Troy Jones leads the Kingsville offense with 12.5 points a game and he is leaguing the conference with a 63.5 percentage from the field; he is also the teams leading rebounder with six a game, which is fifth best in the LSC.  Playing time is split evenly for the program with 11 players averaging at least 10 minutes a game and no one averaging above 25 minutes.
