Around the LSC: Elsewhere in the Lone Star Conference on Friday, Angelo State will travel to Midwestern State, while Texas A&M-Commerce heads to Eastern New Mexico. Texas A&M-Kingsville will host West Texas A&M and Texas Woman's will go to Western New Mexico. On Saturday, UT Permian Basin will face the Javelinas in Kingsville, and Tarleton State will travel to Wichita Falls to take on the Mustangs. The Lady Buffs will play host to non-conference opponent Arkansas-Fort Smith, while Texas Woman's goes to Eastern New Mexico and Texas A&M-Commerce visits Western New Mexico.
Looking Forward: The Aggies return home after a four game road stretch that saw them go 0-4 with only two out of 14 sets one in the four game span. The competition doesn't get easier this weekend, as CU will have to face two of the top teams in the LSC. The Cameron netters are in last in the conference standings, still searching for their first league win, while Tarleton State and Angelo State are currently tied for second.
Jenna Gillean has been a constant force on the attack for the Ags, as she averages 3.6 kills per set with an attack percentage .278.
Kylee Quillin is 10th in the LSC with 17 service aces, while
Haleigh McClain-Ward is 10th in assists at 5.7 per set.
Most Impressive: Jenna Gillean extended her streak of games with 10 or more kills to 14 games with 10 against Texas A&M-Commerce and 12 against Texas Woman's. Halfway through her sophomore season, Gillean has failed to reach 10 kills in a match only 14 times out of 42 matches played.

Looking Back: The Aggies fell 3-1 to Texas A&M-Commerce on Friday where
Jenna Gillean picked up her fourth double-double of the season after knocking down ten kills and recording 11 digs.
Kylee Quillin led with 20 digs, and
Shelby Pohlmeyer contributed a team high 22 assists.
Paige Dixon and
Joseline Caraveo combined for two blocks each. Against Texas Woman's on Saturday, Cameron fell in straight sets, putting up a .130 attacking percentage against the Pioneers.
