First Tip: Cameron would snap a four game skid with a 64-58 win over Texas A&M-Kingsville on homecoming last Saturday. CU held a one possession lead heading into the final minute, and a late 4-for-4 free throw effort sealed the Aggies' victory. Charron Montgomery led the Aggies with 19 points, a 7-for-9 effort at the charity stripe and three steals. Dayla Threatt had 13 points and a team high six rebounds. While both sides made an even five threepointers, Cameron shot 44% (22-for-50) from the field, compared to the Javelinas' 34.6% (18-for-52) on the floor.

About Texas Woman's: The Pioneers will close out regular season play with the Aggies on their home court, having compiled a 20-7 overall record and 10-5 LSC record thus far, tied for third place in the league with Tarleton State. TWU was also ranked fifth in the NCAA South Central Regional Poll released on Wednesday. The squad is on a two game streak, most recently defeating Angelo State 77-70 on their home floor with guard Kenesha Saygo scoring a career-high 31 points in the win. Saygo averaged a team-best 22.5 points while shooting 62.1 percent from the floor, including 52.9 percent from the three-point range in the Pioneers' 2-0 week, earning her LSC offensive player of the week. The Pioneers are 12-3 in Denton this season.

Last Time vs. TWU: The Cameron women's basketball team picked up a critical Lone Star Conference win at home beating Texas Woman's 75-69 in their last meeting in the Aggie Gym. The Pioneers entered the contest picking up votes in the latest WBCA Coaches Poll. Natalie Halbeib picked up her first career double-double with 15 points and 10 rebounds. DJ Vallier continued her strong presence with six blocks, which tied a career mark and was one short of a program high. Cameron edged the Pioneers by three in rebounds with 48. The Aggies also converted 14 TWU turnovers into 18 points. Cameron committed 18 turnovers on the game with which TWU scored 14 points off of.

CU vs. TWU The Series: Cameron has won their last three meetings with Texas Woman's and a win on Wednesday would tie the overall series at 19 each. The Aggies are 5-10 when visiting the Pioneers in Denton and won last year 77-65. Since winning three in row between the 2001-07 seasons, the Aggies have dropped five of their last seven to TWU. In eight seasons, head coach Tom Webb is 6-9 when facing Texas Woman's.
