Around the LSC: All 11 Lone Star Conference teams will be in action this weekend. Tarleton State tops league standings at 4-1 in the conference and 10-4 overall. Nationally speaking, TSU moved up two spots and is now No. 15, while Angelo State dropped five spots to sit at No. 16 in the AVCA DII poll.

Texas A&M-Commerce holds the advantage in LSC standings with a 6-7 overall record with TWU just behind them in fifth with a 4-8 overall record. CU is tenth at 2-3 in the league and 4-8 overall.

Shelley Chapron is their blocking threat with 54 total blocks this season. The Pioneers are led by Briley Cole-Lewis who averages 2.65 kills per set and Haley Collins with 48 total blocks.

Looking Back: The Aggies claimed their second conference victory in a row by defeating rival Midwestern State 3-1 (25-23, 25-14, 23-25, 25-20) on Sept. 26 in the Aggie Gym. The Aggies edged the Mustangs with a .179 attack percentage to their .106 while posting 48 kills to MSU's 43. Both sides had nine team blocks.
