The Series:
Cameron and ECU have met up nine times in their series history. The Aggies hold a 6-3 advantage over their foes from Durant, Okla., and have won two matches in a row, including a 3-0 win over the Tigers earlier this season. In that match, Shantalle Demirjian led CU with a 14 kill, three block performance. She also had two of the team's eight service aces, while freshman Arianna Navarrete led the squad with four aces.

About the Aggies:
After winning their conference opener against Midwestern State on Sep. 20, the Black and Gold have gone 0-5, winning just one set during the losing streak. They are averaging just 11.1 kills and 10.5 assists per set this season while hitting .159 on the attack. CU also averages 1.3 service aces and 1.8 blocks per frame.

Offensively, two bright spots have been Demirjian and Navarrete. The sophomore Demirjian averages 2.36 kills per set and has reached double-digits in kills in four matches. Navarrete not only records 2.23 kills per frame but also leads the team with 18 service aces and has had seven double-digit kill matches and two double-doubles.  Additionally, Katherine Manning leads the squad with 5.25 assists per set, while Desire Marmolejo averages 3.79 off the bench.

Cameron has a three-headed monster in the middle that have all recorded over 30 total blocks this season. Freshman Riana Blount leads the way with 39 blocks, while Caitlyn Henderson and Walia Franklin each have 33 on the year. Peyton Little leads CU with 149 digs, recording 3.92 per set, while freshman Sam Friedl averages 3.67 in 12 sets played.

Scouting the Tigers:
Since their loss to Cameron back in September, East Central has gone 2-7 and are now 2-16 on the year. As a team, they average under 10 kills and assists per set, while hitting just .077 on the attack. They also bring in just 1.1 aces and 1.2 blocks per frame. Kaitlyn Coffey is the only player averaging over 2.00 kills per set (2.07), while Sydney Dungen averages a team-high 7.00 assists per frame to go along with 18 service aces. Kellie Smith leads ECU with 30 total blocks and Kasey Beeler averages 3.93 digs per set.
