GLEN ROSE, Texas –
Iona Roska led the Aggies with a 69 in the final round of the Lone Star Conference Championship on Friday as the Aggies finished 10th with a 54-hole score of 892.
After shooting a record low in round one, Cameron had another solid round with a 297 in the final round of stroke play at the conference tournament. Unfortunately, they were unable to climb their way back into the top-4 teams, missing out on the medal match play rounds.
Roska, who was named honorable mention All-LSC on Wednesday, had the second-best round of the tournament for CU shooting a 69 on Friday with six birdies during her final round of play. She finished with a 223 total score, good for a spot in the top-30 individually.
Gerdur Ragnarsdottir added a 77 to her scored card in the third round after shooting a program low score of 66 during the first 18 holes on Thursday. The junior finished the LSC Championship with a 221, also finishing inside the top-30 with Roska.
Additionally,
Ashley Davis shot 76 in the final round of stroke play to finish with a 224, one back of her teammate and
Ellie Fellers 54-hole total was one back of Davis as the sophomore carded a 75 in the third round.
Emma Englefield rounded out the group with an 87 on Friday to finish with a 245.

Christi Williams' squad finished stroke play with 147 pars, 43 birdies, and one eagle over the three rounds. Ragnarsdottir and Fellers each had 31 pars with Roska adding 30, while she and Davis each led CU with 11 birdies during the league tournament.
DBU led for all 54 holes, carding a three-round score of 834 to finishing at 30-under, 21 strokes better than second place West Texas A&M. Texas A&M-Commerce and Texas A&M International rounded out the top-4 teams advancing to medal match play as they only teams that finished even or better during stroke play.
Led by LSC Player of the Year Jordan Karrh, the Patriots had four players inside the top 10 finishers on the individual leaderboard. Karrh shot a 208 in stroke play, besting second place finishers Sidney Stramel from UAFS and Alyssa Campbell from WT by one stroke. Karrh's teammates Faith DeLaGarza and Olivia Mitchell rounded out the All-Tournament Team.
DBU will face TAMIU and WT will battle A&M-Commerce in the semifinal round of match play on Friday afternoon with the winners competing for the LSC Championship on Saturday.
