MIDLAND, Texas – Cameron wins their eighth straight match with a 5-2 win over UT Permian Basin at the Bush Tennis Center.

Vasilisa Polunova and Anastasia Uspenskaia won the match at No. 1 doubles 6-2, and Jenna Goessel and Kateryna Rudenko claimed a 6-2 win at No. 3 to give the Aggies an early 1-0 lead.

Polunova won 6-3, 7-6(7-3) at No. 1 singles, while Uspenskaia won 7-5, 6-4 at No. 2. Rudenko swept her match at No. 4 6-3, 6-3, and Pilar Jaurena won 7-6(7-4), 7-5 at No. 6.

The Falcons got the point at No. 3 and No. 5 singles.

Cameron now travels to Silver City, NM, to take on the Mustangs of Western New Mexico at 1:00 pm MT.
