SHAWNEE, Okla. – Cameron competed in six events on Saturday in the Oklahoma Baptist Invitational at the Eddie Hurt Jr. Memorial Track.
Joshua Villescas ran the 200-meters in 22.30 seconds to place 11th, Lamon Miles came in 19th with a time of 22.70 seconds, and Kevin Garcia had a time of 23.44 seconds to place 20th.
In the 400-meters, Miles led the Aggies with a time of 50.25 seconds, crossing in 11th place, Villescas finished in 13th with a time of 50.55 seconds, and Garcia clocked a time of 51.25 seconds for a 20th place finish.
Brian Easter placed 11th in the 800-meters running the race in 2:00.54, Allen Vasquez finished in 12th place with a time of 2:00.63, and Emilien Gaillard came in 23rd running 2:11.09.
Nathan Kemp ran the 1500-meters in 4:10.85 to place fifth, and AJ Espino came in seventh with a time of 4:16.43.
The team of Garcia, Villescas, Kemp, and Miles in the 4x400 meter relay placed sixth with a time of 3:25.82, while the team of Easter, Gaillard, Vasquez, and Adrian Alonso Canales finished in 14th place with a time of 3:44.28.
Bryce Johnson threw 11.29m in the shotput to come in 11th place.
