Lawton – Softball drops series opener against TWU.
Cameron Softball was unable to get the bats going against Texas Woman's University on Friday. The Aggies had just two hits compared to the Pioneers' nine. The windy conditions did not help matters. With gusts up to 40 mph, those who did make contact, found the ball stalling before it could reach the outfield.
The Aggies dropped to 3-2 overall with the loss and 0-1 in conference play.
The series picks up again Saturday, Feb. 17, at 1:00 at McMahon Field.
