Searcy, AR — The Lady Aggies suffered another tough loss in today's matchup against Harding University. The Aggies trailed by fewer than 10 points early in the first quarter, staying competitive by going 2–3 from beyond the arc. However, Harding responded with a decisive 13–0 run to widen the gap. Madison Griggs halted the Lady Bisons momentum with a strong drive to the basket to close the quarter. With a fresh start, the Aggies trimmed the lead to just five points in the second quarter. The Aggies narrowed the gap by outscoring Harding 20–9 during that time, shooting 37.5% from three-point range and 43.8% from the field. In the third quarter, Harding took back control and interrupted the Aggies' attempts at a comeback with a 12-0 run to start the half. The Aggies found it challenging to maintain striking distance during the second half due to their poor ball movement and shot execution. The Aggies battled until the fourth quarter, but they were unable to find their groove. They were ultimately unable to narrow the gap against the Lady Bisons due to difficulties finishing at the rim, grabbing rebounds, and preventing turnovers.
