Sovoca Leads Women’s Golf Team in Southern Invite

Humble, Texas- Dangerous winter weather forecasted for Tuesday ended the tournament a day early, where the Cameron Women's Golf Team competed against a loaded nationally ranked field in the Southern Invite on Monday. Maria Jose Savoca highlighted play for the Aggies shooting +8 for the day with four birdies. As a team, the Aggies finished 13 out of 15 in the event that featured 12 nationally ranked programs.
The Aggies will be back on the course February 24-25^th at the Rattler Invitational in San Antonio at the Dominion Country Club where the ladies can rebound from this weeks event and be ready to hit the links strong next week.
