Women's Golf in 11th After First Day of Rattler Invitational

San Antonio, Texas- After the first day at the Dominion Country Club, the Women's Golf team sits in 11th at the Rattler Invite. The ladies stand at 635 after their first two rounds shooting 322 in the first round and improving to 313 in the second. Maria Jose Savoca leads the Aggies tied for 27th shooting 80 and 76 putting her +12 after the first day. Valentina Leya sits tied for 36th beng +14, Mollie Wheeler is +16 and tied for 49th, tied for 52nd is Malerie Nyberg shooting +17 completing the card for the Aggies, while Lauren Gatsos is +27 is also playing in the event. The Aggies will look to continue trimming strokes off of their score for the 3rd round as they begin play on Tuesday to complete the event.
