Rockwall, TX — The Women's Golf team put up a strong fight at the 2025 Lone Star Conference Championship, finishing seventh overall ina highly competitive field at the Rockwall Golf Course.
The Aggies posted round of 302, 316, and 305 for a three-round total of 923. Despite tough conditions and a deep field, Cameron showcased resilience and team spirit, leaving everything on the course.

Leading the way for Cameron was
Malerie Nyberg, who delivered a standout performance. Nyberg finished 12th indivually, carding rounds of 73, 76, and 75 for a total score of 224, demonstrating consistency and grit under pressure.
Right behind her was
Maria Jose Savoca, who also impressed with rounds of 73, 81, and a strong closing 73 to finish 18th individually at 227. Valentina Leya provided steady play throught the tournament, shooting 76,75 and 80 to secure 27th place with a score total of 231.
Mollie Wheeler battled back after a tough second round, finishing strong with a 77 in the final round to place 43rd.
Alexis Webb contributed as well, shooting rounds of 81 and 85.
