LAWTON, Okla. - The 2025 season has arrived as the Cameron University volleyball team makes the trip to Hays, KS for the Tiger Invitational hosted by Fort Hays State.
The two-day round robin will take place at the Gross Memorial Coliseum as the Aggies face off against Rockhurst, Northwest Missouri, Arkansas Tech, and Fort Hays State.
Cameron kicks off the weekend on Friday against Rockhurst at 9 AM before taking on the hosts of Fort Hays State at 2 PM. The Aggies close the tournament on Saturday with matches against Northwest Missouri at 9 Am and Arkansas Tech at 4:30 PM.
Head Coach Melissa Avila enters her first season in the role for Cameron after having been the head coach at Western Texas College for six years, where she led the Westerners to a fourth-place finish in the Region 5 Tournament in 2023.
The Aggies return eight starters from last season in

Kayla Eggiman,
Shelby Rusch,
Rachael White,
Hailey Baker,
Clarissa Galindo, and
Jennifer Valdez. Rusch and White earned LSC Preseason honors as Defensive Player and Setter to Watch picks, respectively.
New to the Cameron roster this season are
Serah Woosley,
Mavery Salisbury,
Kayla Quintana,
Addison McClure,
Gabby Reynolds,
Presleigh Roest,
Anastasija Andelic,
Maria Osorio, and
Ashlyn Yarbrough. Roest was named an LSC Preseason Offensive Player to Watch after transfering to the Aggies from Midwestern State.
