Goodyear, AZ - The Cameron University women's golf team completed the final round of the Palm Valley Classic Tournament at Palm Valley Golf Course. Cameron closed out the tournament with a 19th-place finish out of 27 teams.
Maria Jose Savoca paced Cameron, finishing tied for 25th with a 36-hole total of 149 (+5) after a second-round 75 (+3). Jacinta Massie delivered one of the team's top performances of the day, carding a one-over par 73 (+1) in the final round to climb into a tie for 72nd at 154 (+10). Valentina Leyva Serrano finished tied for 85th with a total of 156 (+12) following a second-round 78 (+6), while Raisa Valero placed tied for 114th at 161 (+17). Mollie Wheeler rounded out the lineup in 136th with a total of 171 (+27).
