2017-18 (Senior): Tovey competed in 25 rounds and finished the season with four top-10 finishes as a senior. He started out the season by placing second at the Ryan Palmer Invite (9/11-12) with a 204, recording a 68 in the first round and a season low 66 in the third. Tovey also placed seventh at the MSU Invite, 10th at the St. Edward's Tournament, and eighth at the LSC Championship.

2016-17 (Junior):  Placed in the top-20 three times while shooting a stroke average of 75.33... Placed 15th twice, with a season low 216 at the UAFS Lions Classic... Show a season low round off 67 at the Ryan Palmer Invite... Named 2nd Team All-Lone Star Conference.

Prior to Cameron: Played his sophomore season at East Central in Ada, Okla. and freshman season for West Texas A&M...played in five rounds for ECU with a season low 75 at the The Classic at The Tribute...named named to the Lone Star Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll while with WT.

High School: All-state first team selection at Highland High School in Utah as a senior…averaged a 74 in 2012…finished third in the region as a senior…was part of the Rams team that finished 2^nd in the state.
