Christi Williams is in her fifth season with the Cameron women's golf program after two successful years as the head men's and women's golf coach at Western Texas College.

In 2021-22, Williams' Aggies had a pair of third place finishes and the big news came when Iona Roska earned the program's first NCAA Division II postseason berth as she qualified as the top individual in the South Central Region; she went on to finish inside the top-50 at the West Regional. The team finished the year No. 18 in the region and No. 59 in the nation by Golfstat. Roska earned her fifth WGCA All-American Scholar honor, joining teammates Emma Englefield and Gerdur Ragnarsdottir.

Under Williams' direction, the women's golf program has been on the steady rise, and the COVID-19 shortened 2019-2020 season was proof of that. The Aggies had a pair of top-5 finishes during the fall, including coming in third place at their home tournament, the Oklahoma Intercollegiate. The fall also saw the CU women shoot a program low 36-hole score of 588 at the Tarleton Texan Invitational.

Her last spring at WTC she led both programs to NJCAA national tournament finishing sixth on the men's side and the women's program came in fifth.  In the NJCAA Region V Championship, the Lady Westerners finished runner up, and the Westerners placed fourth at the NJCAA Southwestern Championships; both programs were ranked inside the top-10 nationally on GolfStat.

In her first season at Western Texas, Williams had both programs reach nationals with two All-Americans.  During the 2012-13 season, she served as the program's assistant coach serving under Walt Williams, who is now the Director of Golf at the University of Louisiana at Monroe in the Sun Belt Conference.    As the program's assistant, she helped the Lady Westerners to a sixth place NJCAA National Championship finish and coached a NJCAA All-American and helped guide a Phil Mickelson Freshman of the Year.

Prior to coming to WTC, Williams served as the graduate assistant golf coach at Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, TX from 2010-12 where she earned her masters in Kinesiology, Sport, and Recreation.

Williams played golf at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in Belton, Texas where she was also a two-time NGCA All-American Scholar Athlete and earned All-West Region from the NGCA as a freshman.

She graduated from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management with a minor in Organization Management.

Williams grew up in Snyder and graduated from Snyder High School and was a member of the 2005 and 2006 State Championship golf team.
