Colby Meeks joined the Cameron tennis coaching staff in January, 2014 after a four year college tennis career that was split in-between Midwestern State and Tyler Junior College.
At Midwestern State, Meeks was a LSC All-Conference selection in 2012 and 2013; he was also named the league's newcomer of the year during the 2012 season. In the 2013 season, he helped guide the Mustangs to 17th in the nation and the Elite-8. In two seasons Meeks appeared in over 40 matches and was ranked as high as 20th in the nation in doubles.
During his freshman and sophomore seasons at Tyler JC he helped the Apaches to a regional tennis title in 2013 and to the national tournament the season prior.
Meeks graduated from Midwestern State state in 2013 with a degree in Business Finance and he is presently enrolled at Cameron pursuing his Masters Degree in Business.
