Bishop previously worked as the Strength and Conditioning Coach and Assistant Athletic Trainer at Castle View High School, where she coached student-athletes in the weight room and on the field to improve strength, speed, agility and movement patterns. She was previously at the U.S. Air Force Academy as a strength and conditioning intern with men's basketball, track and field throwers, and fencers. Bishop also worked at Athletes in Action in Xenia, Ohio, and the University of Illinois, Urbana.
