Tionne Graves-Brown joined the Cameron volleyball coaching staff as a graduate assistant in August of 2019. She is originally from Sacramento,California and began playing volleyball her freshmen year of high school and later grew a passion for the game. After years of playing both high school and competitive volleyball, she decided to play at the collegiate level and moved 3,000 miles away from home to play for the Wesley College Wolverines in Dover, Delaware. Graves-Brown finished her career at Wesley with a double double and was named the new career kills record holder with 1,000 points and 1,000 digs. She received her B.S in exercise science with hopes of becoming a physical therapist.
Graves-Brown moved back home and began her coaching experience with the same club she played for in high school, the GoldCal Jrs. VBC. That is when she decided wanted to pursue coaching at the collegiate level and found the opportunity to do so at Cameron University. Graves-Brown is pursuing her masters degree in organizational leadership with hopes of using both degrees to open up her own sports facility.
