Brad Davis serves as a Graduate Assistant with the men’s basketball program at Cameron University, bringing five years of collegiate playing experience and four years of high school coaching experience to the program.
Davis began his coaching career in 2022 at Quinton High School in Oklahoma, where he served as the head girls basketball coach for three seasons. Taking over a program coming off a 6–15 season, Davis helped transform Quinton into a consistent state tournament contender, leading the program to three consecutive state tournament appearances during his tenure.
Under Davis’ leadership, Quinton achieved several historic milestones, including the first state tournament victory in program history and the school’s first-ever back-to-back state tournament appearances.
Davis’ most recent high school coaching position came at Red Oak High School in Oklahoma, where he served as an assistant coach for the girls basketball program during the 2025–26 season. Red Oak is also Davis’ alma mater, making his time on the coaching staff particularly meaningful. During his season at Red Oak, Davis was part of the coaching staff that guided the program to its first state championship in school history.
Before entering coaching, Davis spent five years playing collegiate basketball. He began his playing career at Eastern Oklahoma State College, where he competed for two seasons at the junior college level. He then continued his career at Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, playing three seasons at the NCAA Division II level.
Davis’ experiences as both a collegiate player and coach have shaped his approach to player development, team building, and leadership. He is passionate about helping student-athletes reach their potential both on and off the court and looks forward to contributing to the continued success of Cameron University men’s basketball.
