A quick look at the Crimson Storm: Southern Nazarene will be well rested heading into their meeting with the Aggies after having six days off; the last time SNU hit the court was at Weatherford with the Crimson Storm getting a 74-65 conference win.   Against similar opponents Cameron is 2-0, with SNU falling at Northwestern Oklahoma, 71-66, and edging out a road win at Oklahoma Christian, 59-57.

Cameron is 2-0 against DCC with their last meeting coming in the 2009-10 season.

Last time out:  Cameron shook off a slow start and rolled past Bacone College 97-73 in non-conference play after having five in double-figures with Deondre Ray pacing CU with 20 points, KeDorian Sullivan and Jamaal Brantley adding 14 each, along with 10 each from Desmond Henry and Bruce Barron.

Bacone proved to be pesky for the Aggies early in the ballgame and stayed within a possession of CU for the first 12 minutes.   However, the tide turned for Cameron and they picked up the pace as the half came to a close.  After leading the Warriors 31-28 with seven minutes left, CU would hold Bacone to only six additional points, and the Ags would head for their locker room with a 52-34 lead.

The Aggies shot a blazing 63 percent at the half and took advantage of 18 opportunities at the charity stripe by making 16 free throws.  Ray would be CU's leading scorer at the intermission with 14 points.

Cameron continued their assault on the Warriors in the second half racked up a 28 point lead with 12:32 left before settling with the 97-73, 24 point victory.

The Aggies dominated the inside game with 48 points in the paint, 44 more than Bacone; CU also handled BC in the battle of the boards with 42 rebounds, compared to 23 by Bacone. Cameron shot 56.9 percent and made 26 free throws against Bacone who went 39.1 percent from the field on their end of the court.

Looking forward: The Aggies has the fourth best team in scoring offense in the Lone Star Conference with 81.7 points per game. CU is second in the conference with a 51.6 shooting percentage and are tops in the LSC in three point shooting, knocking down 43 percent of their shots from behind the arc. Cameron is also third in the league in keeping their opponents off the glass, and second is assist/turnover ratio, averaging 16.4 assists per contest. On defense, they are fourth in the conference, holding opponents to 73.5 points per game, and lead the LSC in blocked shots with 5.4 per game.

Individually, Deondre Ray is fourth in the LSC with 16.4 points per game, while shooting 55 percent from the field and 48.7 percent from behind the arc. Cameron Lee leads the conference, making 53.5 percent of his 2.6 shots from long range per game. Additionally, Desmond Henry is tenth in the LSC with 5.8 rebounds per game and ninth with 3.4 assists per game, while Tank Mayberry and KeDorian Sullivan has the third most blocks in the conference.
