LAWTON -- The Aggies will face another nationally ranked team with number-23 Midwestern State coming to Cameron on Saturday for a Red River Rivalry meeting at 4 p.m. Additionally, Cameron will be welcoming over 500 active service members from Fort Sill to the contest.

Desmond Henry has scored in 20 straight contests and is the only player to start in all 18 games this season.

Deondre Ray is second in the LSC with 31.8 minutes played per game this season.

Cameron Lee is leading the conference with a 48.2 percent success rate at the arc, and he is netting just over a pair of three-pointers a game.
5.    Cameron is 7-0 when holding a team to under 39 percent shooting and 6-0 when making between 50 and 59 field goal attempts.
First Tip: Â This will be the 67th meeting between the Aggies and Mustangs with MSU commanding the series 43-23 over Cameron. Â In their last ten meetings Cameron is 1-9 with their lone win coming two seasons ago in Lawton. Â In the four-year era, at home the Aggies do have the series lead 19-14 over the Mustangs. Â Both meetings last season were down to the wire with a three point difference in both games, Cameron coughed up a 16 point lead at MSU only to fall in overtime, 70-67. Â While in Lawton, Cameron rallied from 14 back only to fall again late with MSU free-throws giving them a 74-71 victory.
Saturday's game will be the fourth out of the last five games where CU will face-off against a ranked program or receiving votes. Â The Mustangs are number-23 nationally in this week's media poll and earning votes on the NABC poll. Â Â
In their last game, Cameron stayed on Angelo State's heels until the final four minutes. Â The Aggies were three points back (60-57) after a pair of
Desmond Henry free throws with 4:09 remaining but those would be the last points CU scored as ASU would drop 15 points unanswered. Â Turnovers and fouls proved to be CU's undoing with 27 miscues and 26 fouls allowing for 51 ASU points. Â
Jamaal Brantley and Henry would both lead CU with 12 points each.
About Midwestern State: The Mustangs have won 11 of their last 12 contests with the lone loss coming at the hands of Angelo State who bested MSU in Wichita Falls by a score of 72-55. Â In 20 contests this season, MSU is scoring just over 76 points and is shooting 46.3 percent, while allowing 63 a game. Â The Mustangs are one of the best at defending the three-pointer with teams shooting 28.7 percent at the arc, Cameron is 39.1 percent from downtown this season. Â Bretson McNeal is fourth best in the LSC with 15.9 points per game and he is a threat from the arc with 2.9 three pointers a game, and a 46.3 percent success rate. Abiodun Adegoke and Xavier Blackburn are pacing MSU with just over six rebounds a game, and Trevor Fuller is leading the LSC with 1.9 blocks a game. Â As a team, the Mustangs are second best in the LSC in rebounding with 42.2 boards a contest. Â At the charity stripe, MSU is tied for last with their players hitting buckets 64.3 percent of the time.
