MAGNOLIA, Ark. -- Cameron's bats erupted late behind a one hit shutout by freshman
Alyssa Osterdock to beat Lincoln 7-0 on Saturday morning.Â
Osterdock (2-1) was working on a perfect game until the bottom of the sixth where she gave up a lead off hit.  The Aggie freshman tossed a complete game with three strikeouts.Â
Cameron batters would rack up 14 hits with
Breezy McComas having three with two homers.  Â
Sonora Zukerman hit her third homer of the season with
Carly Allerheiligen having a pair of hits and RBI in the win.Â
The Aggies struck first on Lincoln with
Breezy McComas hitting her first homer of the season with two outs to give CU a 1-0 lead.  After a scoreless inning, Cameron had runners at first and second with
Paige Daino at the plate, she would make contact but a big line-out catch by LU in the outfield saved a run from reaching home. Â
In the third,
Sonora Zukerman started the inning with a walk and after a fly out,
Jessie Ingrum hit a RBI double to get the Ags up 2-0.  Cameron would load the bases in the frame but back-to-back infield outs ended the momentum.Â
McComas opened the fifth with her second solo shot of the morning.  Daino followed up with a double and Zukerman singled to put runners at the corners for
Chelsea DeLong who would ground into a double play but pick up a RBI to give CU a 4-0 lead.Â
Cameron tacked three more runs in the seventh with an one out solo homer from Zukerman and Allerheiligen doubled in a pair to put them up seven.Â
The win will move CU to 4-1 this season Lincoln falls to 0-3.
