About the Aggies:Â
Cameron has not played since Dec. 1, and they enter their final home game of the calendar year on a four game skid, which includes an 0-2 record in their first week of conference play. Their last win came almost a month ago, in a 79-78 comeback win over Dallas Baptist.Â

They are also one of the top teams in the country at getting to the line, making 178 free throws at a 73.6 percent clip. Defensively, CU has struggled, giving up 84.1 points to their opponents while allowing them to shoot over 47 percent from the field. Cameron also averages 36.3 rebounds and 11.8 assists per outing, while owning a 2.5 turnover margin and 0.9 assist/turnover ratio which are both third best in the league.Â
Dumas leads the way for the Aggies, scoring 19.9 points per outing, while also leading the LSC in free throws attempted and made.
Johann Tate and
Tyus Momoh each chip in around 12 points per game. Tate leads CU with 14 three pointers made, and is making his free throws at an 87.5 percent clip. Momoh leads CU with 4.0 assists per contest while also averaging 4.6 rebounds and 1.9 steals per game; Dumas and Tate also average over 1.4 steals. Additionally,
Jalen Nicholas is averaging 6.3 points and 4.8 rebounds, while freshman

Scouting the Chaps:Â
Lubbock Christian started out the season with a 4-1 record with wins against Colorado School of Mines, No. 18 Regis, Cameron, and Dallas Christian; their only loss in that span came against the ranked Buffs. Since then, the Chaps have gone 3-2, including wins against Colorado State-Pueblo, UAFS, and WT; the two losses, to Central Oklahoma, and DBU, were by a combined deficit of just 11 points.Â
The Chaps score 73.8 points per game and do so efficiently, shooting the ball at a 48.0 percent clip. They are also shooting 33.7 percent from the perimeter and 66 percent from the foul line. LCU also averages 35.5 rebounds and 13.6 assists per outing, while defensively they average 3.4 steals and 1.9 blocks while holding opponents to a scoring average of 67.8 points per contest.Â

Asrat is second on the team with 15.8 points per outing, while shooting 46.2 percent from the field and going 19-53 from three-point range. Additionally, Rashaan Procter, Ja'Qualyn Gillbreath, and Jay Workman all average over eight points. The all-time record series between Cameron and Lubbock Christian is tied 2-2 after the LCU win earlier this season. In their only matchup in the Aggie Gym, Cameron won 79-76. Momoh had just two points for CU, but recorded three steals in the winning effort, while Fowler had just six points and six rebounds for the Chaps, but Workman picked up some of the slack with 12 points.Â
Last Time Out:Â
On Nov. 17 of this year, Cameron traveled to Lubbock Christian and fell 75-67. Neither team shot well, but CU's 39.4 field goal percentage and 3-17 from the perimeter and 12-19 from the charity stripe was a big factor in the loss. Dumas led CU with 16 points, going 5-12 from the floor and 6-12 from the foul line. Momoh chipped in 14 points and had a team high eight rebounds while
Andrew Nguyen and
Kendall Scott each added 12 points. Fowler led the Chaps with 14 points, 12 rebounds, and two blocks, while Proctor added 13 points and seven boards and Gillbreath had 12 points and six boards.Â
