SAN ANTONIO, Texas – Cameron's women's tennis team faced their second straight nationally ranked opponent on Saturday, falling 4-0 to No. 10 Indianapolis.
The Greyhounds won both the No. 1 and No. 3 doubles matches to take an early 1-0 lead. Their No. 1 pairing of Nikol Alexeeva and Anya Novikova are the fourth ranked doubles pairing in the nation and their No. 2 duo of Hanna Volikova and Maja Pindelska are ranked No. 16 by the ITA.

Rebeka Velasova had the No. 2 doubles match tied 4-4 before the match was called with UIndy winning the other two.
With wins at No. 2, No. 3, and No. 6 singles, the 10th ranked Greyhounds secured their 13th win of the season 4-0.
Sarah Frendo was leading the No. 4 ranked Volikova 7-5, 5-3 at No. 1 before the match was called, and
Melany Opolz had a 6-3, 1-2 lead prior to the end of play.
Cameron is now 3-8 on the season and finish the weekend 0-2 against top-10 ranked opponents. Indianapolis remains perfect with the win, 13-0.
The Aggies will be back in action on Monday, March 18, as they begin Lone Star Conference play at UT Permian Basin, before heading to Silver City, N.M. to face Western New Mexico on Wednesday, March 20.
