Denton, Texas – The Cameron women's track and field team competed in three events at the North Texas Classic on Saturday.

Denim Boone ran 12.91 seconds in the 100-meter race to place 29th. She had a 36th-place finish in the 200-meter sprint with a time of 26.39 seconds.

Saarah Hill clocked 13.05 seconds for a 32nd place finish in the 100-meters, and in the 200, she ran 26.52 seconds to cross in 38th.

Amiah Osborne placed 22nd in the long jump with a distance of 3.93m. In the 100-meters, she came in 38th place with a time of 14.13 seconds; in the 200, she clocked a time of 28.71 seconds to place 46th.

Anne de Jong finished in 47th place in the 200 meters with a time of 29.07 seconds.

Cameron visits Southwestern Christian to compete in the Southwestern Christian Invitational on April 15.
