Hays, KS. -- Cameron Volleyball drops three at Tiger Classic.
The Aggies road trip did not have the desired outcome as they came away with just one win.
The first loss came on Friday morning against Minnesota State-Mankato. The Aggies were competitive throughout the contest and just narrowly lost the second set 23-25.
The second contest on Friday was a complete reverse of the first match and saw the Aggies win in straight sets against New Mexico Highlands University. Freshman Emilly Keohen had a breakout match, recording 36 assists in the win over the Cowboys.
The Aggies could not continue that success into Saturday as they would drop both contests against Southern Nazarene University and Fort Hays State University.
The Cameron Volleyball team will continue their long road stretch at the Lone Star Conference Preseason Festival on Sep. 14 in Portales, NM.
