LAWTON, Oklahoma – The Cameron University Department of Athletics has unveiled its new brand identity to the campus community and public. Designed by Varsity Brands with distinctive lettering and modernization of the Aggie mascot, Ole Kim, the new brand coincides with Cameron's recent announcement of its 5-year partnership with Nike and BSN Sports that makes Nike the official apparel and uniform brand for Aggie Athletics.
"We are excited to refresh our athletic branding," said Cameron Director of Athletics Lou Izzi. "Brand consistency and quality are crucial to positioning Cameron Athletics as an exceptional and highly competitive NCAA Division II program that current and prospective students, fans, and alumni are excited to be associated with."
The new brand identity will begin immediately on social media and digital platforms, uniforms, and apparel. Cameron will soon unveil a new team store on CameronAggies.com where fans can purchase Nike apparel with the new Cameron Athletics logo. Additionally, in early 2025, Cameron will launch a redesigned athletics website that will incorporate the new branding.
