Canyon, TX. -Â Men's Basketball put up a strong fight in their Lone Star Conference match up against West Texas A&M in Canyon, Texas. Despite their efforts, the Aggies fell short with a final score of 91-75.
The Aggies (3-4, 0-1 Lone Star) started strong, matching West Texas A&M basket for basket in the first period, highlighted by their 43 points. The Aggies scored 19 points off offensive rebounds. The Aggies committed 12 turnovers throughout the game, which led to 16 points for their opponents.Â
Jaxon Ingram led the Aggies with a highlight performance, contributing 18 points, 8 rebounds, and 4 assists.Â
Lavell Brodnex showcased his all-around game with 11 points, 8 rebounds, and 2 blocks, including a highlight dunk in the second half.Â
