Baseball now 7-21 on the season

In a hard-fought battle, Cameron University faced Eastern New Mexico University on the baseball field. Cameron was looking to take the series after winning both games of the doubleheader on Saturday.  Despite Eastern's early lead, Cameron's resilience shone through, with standout plays like Wyatt Grant's clutch RBI double in the sixth inning. However, Eastern's strong offense, led by C. Hamilton and W. Ponce, proved challenging to overcome. Despite Cameron's efforts, Eastern ultimately secured a 7-1 victory. Nonetheless, Cameron's determination and tenacity throughout the series showcased their strength as a formidable opponent.
