Baseball splits series with St. Edwards

Cameron Baseball now 4-16

Lawton, OK – Cameron drops final game of the series against St. Edwards.
  • The Aggies had 7 runs on 8 hits in the final game of their series with St. Edwards but came up short and lost the contest 9-7.
  • Cameron found themselves down 6-2 in the bottom of the 5th before scoring 4 before the final out of the inning.  St. Edward's retook the lead and would be up 9-6 at Cameron's last at bat.  The Aggies rally fell short however and Cameron split the series with the Hilltoppers 2-2.
  • CU Baseball will be on the road for their next contest when they take on West Texas A&M.  The first game of the series starts on Friday, March 8.
