Lawton, Okla. - The Cameron University Women's Basketball team came up short in a back and forth battle with East Central University Saturday night. The Aggies were leading the Tigers 16-13 after the first quarter, shooting 3-of-7 from beyond the arc. ECU would overtake the lead at half 31-29. The game remained a heated battle throughout the third quarter, with East Central shooting 9-of-9 from the free throw line, leading Cameron 49-45 after the third. ECU would end up holding on to the lead for the rest of the game.
