Alva, Okla. - The Cameron University Women's Basketball team dropped their game against Northwestern Oklahoma State University on Tuesday evening. In the first quarter, NWOSU went up by nine points at the 5:18 mark and finished the quarter leading 19-12, with Madison Griggs scoring 8 points for Cameron. The Rangers began the second quater by knocking down a couple threes to help extend the lead to 15 points, but the Aggies responded with a pair of threes to cut the lead down to nine points. After a back-and-forth second quarter, NWOSU led 45-32 at halftime. In the third quarter Cameron battled, with Griggs scoring seven points in the period to go into the fourth quarter down 61-46. The Rangers kept up the offensive attack in the fourth quarter, building their lead to close out the game.
