Lawton, Okla. - The Cameron University Women's basketball team lost to Lubbock Christian University Saturday afternoon. Cameron started off the first quarter strong, with
Madison Griggs leading the offense with 12 points, and the Aggies led 16-12 going into the second quarter. In the second quarter, the Lady Chaps responded with defensive pressure and went into halftime leading by 9 points. During the third quarter,
Ayonna Cooper scored 7 points, with the Aggies battling back-and-forth going into the fourth quarter down 41-31. LCU's offense shot efficiently to build on the lead and close out the game.
