The Cameron Aggies opened Saturday's game strong, jumping out to a 10-0 run lead in the first five minutes. Thomas Tangle set up a basket by Micheal Jones to give Cameron a brief edge before Sul Ross tied the game with a three-pointer at the half. The Lobos opened the second half with a 10-0 run, but the Aggies responded with perimeter shooting from Tangle and strong inside play from Jones to even the score. The game came down to the final possession, where the Aggies missed a last-second shot from
Michael Jones, allowing the Lobos to secure their first conference game win.
