Lawton, Oklahoma. - The Cameron University women's basketball team fell to Angelo State University Thursday evening. In the first quarter the Aggies went 44% from beyond the arc, and 50% from the field giving them the advantage to an early start. Angelo State would stay with the Aggies, ending the first quarter tied 22-22. In the second quarter the Aggies were in a back and forth defensive battle with Angelo State, with both teams only shooting under 30% from the field. The Aggies were able to take the lead going into the half, 34-33. To start the third quarter Angelo State went on a 10-0 run against Cameron. The third quarter would end with Angelo State leading 55-41. In the fourth quarter Angelo State was able to continue extending their lead and secure the victory.
