Edmond, Okla. - The Cameron University women's basketball team lost on the road to Oklahoma Christian University Thursday evening. Oklahoma Christian took the lead from the start, but Cameron would stick with the Eagles, trailing only 17-20 after the first quarter. The Aggies would tie it early in the second quarter from a 3-pointer made by
Kloe Heidebrecht. Cameron would capture the lead, only to find themselves in a back-and-forth battle with Oklahoma Christian, leading at halftime 41-38. In the third quarter, Cameron would take control of the lead and not give it up to the Eagles, and go into the fourth quarter leading 56-51. Oklahoma Christian and the Aggies would exchange leads throughout the fourth quarter until Oklahoma Christian would make last-second free throws to secure the win.
