Men's Tennis Downs Western New Mexico, 4-0, on Senior Day

Lawton, Okla. - The Cameron University Men's tennis team defeated Western New Mexico, 4-0, in a Lone Star Conference match up on Senior Day on Saturday afternoon at Streich-Henry Tennis Complex.

In doubles play. Martin Hlavacek and Lachlan Setina won by forfeit on the No. 3 court and the Aggies clinched the doubles point after Santiago Ledesma and Abubakari Yakubu-Lea picked up a 6-2 victory on the No. 2 court. On the No. 1 court, No. 5-ranked Lukas Janousek and Noe Milliard's match went unfinished.

In singles play, Tom Debonne won by forfeit on the No. 6 court and Abubakari Yakubu-Lea grabbed a 6-3, 6-4 victory on the No. 4 court to put Cameron up 3-0 in the match. No. 6-ranked Lukas Janousek earned a 6-4, 6-2 win over WNMU's Jack Semper on the No. 1 court to clinch match point for the Aggies. The matches on the No. 2, No. 3, and No. 5 courts went unfinished.
