Biography

2016-17 (Senior): In her final season at CU, Kovinic went 7-12 in singles play and 5-16 in doubles. She was 5-12 when playing in CU's No. 5 singles spot and 2-0 when playing in the six spot. She was 2-3 in singles Lone Star Conference play with key wins against Western New Mexico and Texas A&M-Kingsville. 

2015-16 (Junior): Appeared in just two dual matches and the Midwestern Invitational, where she went 3-1 in singles winning her flight, and 2-1 in doubles with Zhenia Shviadok. Kovinic also won matches singles matches against OBU and Texas A&M-Kingsville. 

2014-15 (Sophomore): Went 18-9 in singles and 6-18 in doubles during her second season at CU. Going 16-6 playing in the four singles spot and 1-2 in LSC play, Kovinic had a six match win streak going through the heart of Cameron's season and won six out of the team's last 10 matches.  

2013-14 (Freshman): Opened up her career at Cameron with a 10-7 singles mark and a 12-10 doubles record. Her first collegiate win came against Cowley College on Feb. 13 as she beat her competition in the No. 5 singles spot 7-5, 6-2. She was key to CU's success down the home stretch, going 6-3 in the Aggies' final 10 matches.
