Biography

2021 (Senior):
- Made 30 appearances and started 22 games during her final campaign at CU. 
- Led the staff with a 2.87 ERA and 89 strikeouts in 124.1 innings. 
- Went 10-5 with three saves and pitched nine complete games. 
- Struck out a season-high 10 batters and gave up just two hits against ASU on March 5.
- On March 28, struck out seven in a three-hit shutout against MSU.  
- Pitched a one-hitter with four strikeouts in a 5.0 inning win against ENMU on April 11. 
- Became the second player in program history to record 500 strikeouts on March 19. 
- Finishes her career first in CU history in wins (74), appearances (157), starts (113), innings pitched (720.2), and saves (16), and second in shutouts (13) and strikeouts (534), and third in complete games (59). 
- Third team All-Lone Star Conference, her fourth career all-conference honor. 

2020 (CoVID Senior):
- Made 23 appearances and 17 starts in the COVID-19 shortened season. 
- Was 9-9 with eight complete games, three shutouts, and a save. 
- Led CU and was fourth in the LSC with 87 strikeouts in 94.0 innings in the circle. 
- Had eight strikeouts against Minnesota Duleth and Colorado Christian. 
- Recorded a season-best nine K's in a shutout against Forth Hays State. 

2019 (Junior):
- Hines started a team high 20 games in the circle for the Aggies in 2019.
- Struck out a team high 104 batters in 2019.
- Turned in a team low 2.77 ERA.
- Hines enjoyed a team high 16 wins in 2019.
- Was able to go the distance in six contests good enough for a tie for the top spot in complete games.
- Saved a team-high six games in 2019, a Cameron program record.
- Hines tossed a team high 136.2 innings in 2019.
- Earned All-Lone Star Conference in 2019.

2018 (Sophomore):
- Hines was one half of the Aggies' one-two punch in the circle, posting a 2.66 ERA with 129 strikeouts in 142 innings pitched.
- The sophomore went 14-7 with three saves while holding the opposition to batting .245 against her.
- Hines pitched 13 complete games have totaled and helped CU set a program record with 12 total shutouts.
- She also hit .216 in 125 at bats, recording 27 hits, 15 runs scored, and 11 RBI.
- Hines had a strong five game span in early April, going 10-18 with four RBI and five runs scored against Oklahoma Christian and Eastern New Mexico.
- She also had 10 strikeouts in a shutout win against Pittsburg State and 11 Ks in six innings against the Greyhounds.
- Hines was named third team All-LSC as a pitcher for her efforts during the 2018 season. 

2017 (Freshman):

Played in all but one game for CU, appearing in 41 games in the circle, starting 33 times.
- Hines won a CU single season high 25 wins, while posting a 3.43 ERA in 222.2 innings pitched.
- She already ranks top-10 in multiple pitching categories in the CU softball record book, including totaling 125 strikeouts.
- Hines also hit .254 in 130 at bats, totaling 33 hits.
- She scored 27 runs and drove in 19 RBI.
- Struck out a season high eight batters in 4.2 innings against UTPB on Feb. 25, and threw a season high 9.1 innings against Western NM on April 21.
- Hines also had a season high three hits in three different games.
- Named to the All-LSC Second Team and OSN First Team.
