Biography

2009 (Sophomore): Played in 47 sets before an injury ended season ... Had a season-high 26 kills against Lubbock Christian ... Had seven double-doubles ... Averaged 3.55 kills and 2.83 digs per set.

2008 (Freshman): Saw action in 101 sets, averaged 2.38 kills and 2.07 digs per set ... Smacked a  career-high 17 kills against Texas A&M - Kingsville and on the defensive side of the ball had 19 digs ... Scored 41 times on service aces with a season-best six against Arkansas-Monticello .... Also had two double-doubles.

High School: Graduated from Plano East Senior High School ... Lettered in volleyball ... Earned the Top Cat Award and graduated with honors.

Personal: Daughter of Steve and Terry Acton ... Majoring in pre-med ...Also is an environmentalist.
